Fully automatic laboratory dyeing machine, suitable for dyeing fabrics and / or skeins of yarn with the rotary method. Possibility to configure the instrument up to 6 dyeing heads, both HT (+ 135 ° C) and atmospheric (+ 98 ° C), or combined.

It allows you to program and automatically perform the following dyeing operations: recipe dosage with auxiliaries, alkali dosage, sample washing, sample soaping.

Equipped with graphic display, with about 50 different selectable dyeing programs.

The basic model consists of 3 automatic dosing units.

To obtain the fully automatic version and to work even at night it is possible to add 2 filling pumps to each single head.

Each dyeing head is independent.

The version with atmospheric dyeing (+ 98 ° C) has a glass lid to check the exhaustion of the bathroom.

Dyeing chamber models are available with volumes of 300 cc, 600 cc, 1600 cc, 6000 cc.

Thanks to the total automation and the very high level of precision it is possible to obtain the same results achieved by the production machines on laboratory samples.

The bathroom ratio can vary from 1: 7 to 1:40.
