High precision laboratory socker for the production of tubular knitted fabric used to control the uniformity of the yarn and the dyeing affinity between the various reels used.

Equipped with automatic feed yarn exchanger (up to 36 positions), electronic yarn feeding device, electronic pretensioner, bobbin change indicator on the tubular knitted fabric and portal for conveying the yarns to 36 positions.

The machine is recommended for texturing companies of synthetic yarns, where it is necessary to guarantee the dyeing affinity of each production batch, and for side dyeing in cones, for internal / external control of the package.

Rotation speed of the cylinder variable from 0 to 450 rpm. by means of an electronic potentiometer.

High productivity: 1000-1200 samples 2,5 cm high. in about 10 hours of work.

Meter counter device to set the length of the sample and the number of samples to be analyzed.

Automatic thread changer (ACC) with 24 positions (Cod. ME2940B) or 36 positions (Cod. ME2940A) complete with mechanical knotter.

Thread feeder, which allows the ACC to change the package without stopping the machine.

Portal with 36 positions for conveying and aligning the threads in the package exchanger, in order to speed up the change of the creel / trolley.
